Bewitched credited the Serena character as "Pandora Spocks". Partly a play on words (as in "Pandora's Box") and partly named after her cousin Panda (on her mother's side) who she grew up with in Putnam County, NY. Panda and her husband were still actively travelling as of 2014/early 2015 and last I knew, she was still doing well in late 2017! What a pretty lady, and I see a family resemblance to Elizabeth.
