Diane And Erin Murphy on "Juvenile Jury", 1971

Juvenile Jury was a popular panel show, involving 5 children ranging in age from 3 to 12 years of age. The kids were presented with problems or dilemmas sent in by viewers, and they were asked to comment or think up solutions to the problems. There was always a guest star on as well. It was a fun show which ran from 1947-1954, hosted by Jack Barry. In 1970, Jack revived the show again, but it only ran for the 1970-71 season. During this short time, many child stars or stars of interest to children appeared on the show - Maureen McCormick and Danny Bonaduce were among some of the notable ones.

In 1971, Dick Sargent, the second "Darrin" appeared as a guest on the show. The kids asked him questions about Bewitched and his career. These kids were in the 6-11 year old age range, and one of the kids was Jack Barry's own son. Hear Dick talk with the kids here.

As an extra added attraction, 7 year old Erin & Diane Murphy (the twins who played Tabitha) were hiding backstage, waiting to come onstage and surprise Dick, who did not know they were there. Below, you will see some frames from their appearance. Erin comes out first, and Dick gives her a big hug and a kiss, then lifts her up to his right side so she can be seated. They talk a little, then Diane comes out and they chat some more. The affection Dick showed for the girls was very apparent! Were there EVER 2 more darling little girls?
